Day 16 - Way 16

I was able to finish a ton of work at my job today as well as finishing a paper that was due today. I really feel blessed that I could have the strength to accomplish all of these things. I also feel blessed by the creativity that has been flowing to me today. It has inspired some great work!

Well, TRacy is confused since we are still writing about yesterday/Monday. Anyhow. I was blessed with an opportunity today. I don't know what will come of it but I tried anyways. There is a 3 day conference for Summer Research Scholars at my school. I had to answer a few questions about my future intentions to apply. I have to have a certain GPA which I have if they consider the transfer GPA but I don't have if they consider the Valencia GPA. So, at any rate, I will wait and see. Basically I would get to spend that time learning more about Undergraduate Research and also more about preparing for Grad school. I put that my inspiration for this career path was my father because from when I was a little kid, I remember thinking what an amazing communicator he is and was. Everything from his writing, to his reading, to his talking to his public speaking is on such a high caliber that I consider myself blessed to have witnessed such talent and charisma. I hope that my desire to study the gifted education system comes across and my ability to communicate comes across. Everything happens for a reason and if I keep trying then Heavenly Father will show me the way! What baffles me is that for such a good communicator, I sure do have a hard time speaking to my husband and family well ;-)

So, we shall see. Life is tough but the semester is almost over and Tony is about to pass his math class! Everyone pray for him to do as well as he can on his final! Thanks!

Here is the real one. Tuesday was better. While I am still grumpy, I learned some things about school and I got along with my husband today. That was my blessing. I also had an opportunity to teach Tony about ethics. Which is funny because it was for his ethics class. I am happy about that.
