A simple miracle. Today I really learned that the first fret on the second string on the guitar is a C. I have been struggling to pick up the guitar and all the notes and techniques that you need in order to play anything decent. Well, today, after weeks of coaxing, I finally internalized C. It sounds stupid as I write it, but it means something to me. I am learning, just a whole lot slower than everyone else in the class. I'm proud of this accomplishment!
My goal for this blog is to write every day that my parents are serving their Mission to Fukuoka Japan for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. They are serving for a period of 23 months, which basically is 700 days. I believe that because of their service my family will be blessed with opportunities, blessings and miracles. I would like to use this blog to record at least one of these things every day.

Holding to the Iron Rod in Times of Crisis

Looking on the Positive Side

Ability to Feel the Lord's Love Depends on our Actions
"As faithful [members] of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, we have been blessed with the Holy Ghost. As we invite the Savior into our lives, the Holy Ghost will bear witness to us of the love which the Father and His Son, our Savior, have for each of us. My blessing was getting a perfect grade on my Executive Summary. Now if only the stupid teacher would email me back to fix my bad test grade. How can one have perfect scores on EVERYTHING and fail the test. The test is just a longer version of the same stuff. He is not doing his part as a professor.
